Case study of insect prevention and energy-saving measures using vinyl curtains in factories.
Measures for pest control and energy conservation in the factory, as well as HACCP measures!
To protect raw materials from pests in the factory, we have installed pest-repellent orange vinyl curtains. By using our Eco Rail and pest-repellent sheets, we have implemented effective pest control measures that also improve heating and cooling efficiency, thereby increasing work efficiency. On both sides, we have installed "norensheet (pest-repellent orange)" that can be pushed aside for easy passage while carrying items or using a cart. In the center, we have suspended "pest-repellent orange sheet with thread" from a "D40 aluminum rail" and used "hand-operated cross runners" to overlap the sheets, preventing pests from entering through the overlapping sections.
